At The Aromatic Breeze, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us first before sending the item back.
